This Broker delivers bad customer service, very bad shipper / receiver relations.
The experience was anything but productive. The last straw was when a broker (Ashley) decided to take her personal issues out on a good customer of ours and became verbally abusive when the customer inquired about load delivery ETA. This behavior is inexcusable and highly unprofessional. My company was given an ultimatum to change brokers, or “not receive another order” for our customer. Find a broker team that can operate in a professional manor. This company employs people who will cost you hard earned customers.
