Britton Transport, Inc.

In 1980, Dave Britton started a truck brokerage service in the basement of his house in Grand Forks, ND. Nine months later, the business moved to a rented office and continued to expand. In early 1982, trucking operations began with a used flatbed. The fleet grew, and a flatbed operations office was opened in Sioux Falls, SD later that year. In 1997, a storage trailer rental division was started in Grand Forks. In 2004, a dry van division was started in Grand Forks. Thanks to the dedication and teamwork of its people, the company has flourished, and expansion continues in fulfillment of our Mission.

We work with our customers to ship a diverse range of cargo including machinery, steel, building materials, parts and supplies, foodstuffs, temperature-controlled goods and general commodities.
