Swift Transportation

Swift Transportation is based in Phoenix, Arizona. As of March 31, 2014, Swift operated a tractor fleet of approximately 18,000 units (comprised of tractors driven by company drivers as well as owner-operators), a fleet of 58,000 trailers, and 8,800 intermodal containers from 40 major terminals positioned near freight centers and traffic lanes in the United States and Mexico.

Swift offers its customers unmatched capacity solutions in the full-truckload market segment, through a broad spectrum of services and equipment, including dry-van, dedicated and cross-border U.S./Mexico/Canada service, temperature-controlled, flatbed and specialized trailers, in addition to rail intermodal and non-asset based freight brokerage and logistics management services.
