Parcel Room has been in continuous operation since May of 1985.

We are a family owned and operated business, we are proud of our achievements and are constantly striving to better ourselves and the services we offer.

Parcel Room is an Authorized UPS Shipping Outlet and a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, as well as Approved Postal Outlet. Founding member of PackFreight Network, a network of professional packagers and shippers that work together to assist the industry.

Becoming an Authorized store is considered to be a necessity since these designations are reserved for stores that provide excellent customer service and stock & sell packing materials. We’re proud of the fact that we have earned the right to display the UPS, FedEx & US Mail brands and logos.

Parcel Room is happy to be your local shipping center. Parcel Room is proud to be one of the charter members of PackFreight Network, and we strive to be a leader in the industry with all of our professional services.

Parcel Room is proud to be your Neighborhood Postal Center. Through this organization, we have access to vendors, education and training opportunities, and a nationwide network of other Neighborhood Postal Centers. Neighborhood Postal Centers is an association of stores that have banded together to provide constant service at a professional level. Parcel Room is proud to be one of the charter members of NPC, and we are proud to be a leader in the industry with all of our professional services.

We are also members in The National Federation of Independent Business, AMPC, Associated Mail & Parcel Centers and Merchant Shipper’s Association, and Pack Freight Network.

Over the years Parcel Room has earned an excellent reputation in the community by providing needed products and services in a professional manner. We are proud supporters of New Hampshire Public Television, we donate over 2% of our gross sales to NHPTV and other community organizations.
